I am excited to share a fun recipe my husband has been making me for the past 5+ years. Careful, it’s one of those drinks that creeps up on you and goes down easy.

Little background on why the type of rum you choose matters! I was a lover of the good ‘ol Malibu Coconut rum for years (I know, ew) but as I got into my late 20’s I couldn’t shakes those headaches (from the crazy amount of sugar in it). So I began trying new ones every time we hit up Total Wine & More (if you’ve never been here, highly recommend. Literally alcohol haven). About a year ago I came across, Blue Chair Bay Coconut Rum. Not going to lie, I gave it a try because Kenny Chesney made it haha but it was delicious and very affordable!
